Por isso, seu trabalho é de extrema importância para manter em movimento clientes e passageiros que confiam na Otis.Principais AtividadesHorário de Trabalho: Segunda-feira a Sexta-feira- 07:30 as 17:18
- Garantir que os processos de controle e emissão de anotação de responsabilidade técnica – ART/RIAS e alvarás estejam de acordo com a legislação;
- Emitir os documentos e guias relacionados às ARTs, RIAs e Alvarás para as unidades a serem instaladas, modernizadas e em manutenção;
- Inserir documentação no sistema e elaborar pedido no site do CREA;
- Informar o engenheiro responsável sobre a emissão de ARTs, RIAs e Alvarás e garantir que todos os processos sejam devidamente assinados;
- Cobrar dos responsáveis pelas emissões da vistoria anual dos equipamentos que possuem contrato de manutenção;
- Enviar documentação aos clientes;
- Inserir os dados dos processos de ARTs, RIAs e Alvarás nos sistemas apropriados ou entregá-los nas prefeituras, quando necessário;
- Fazer follow up junto aos órgãos públicos
Requisitos:
- Formação: Superior Cursando em Administração ou Contabilidade
- Conhecimento: Pacote Office
